Hereafter, The Harrogate Mattress Company Limited shall be known only as ‘the seller’, and the customer shall be known only as the buyer. The seller reserves the right at all times to refuse an order from the buyer should it wish to do so, and the reason for refusal need not have to be stated in writing. The sellers decision to supply is final. Goods offered for sale by the seller remain the exclusive property of the seller until being paid for in full by the buyer prior to delivery of the said goods. Please note cover design may vary due to availability. 

Delivery dates for supply of goods are given based upon the availability of the goods and the reliability of the carrier to deliver. At all times we will endeavour to deliver on the date given but some times things do go wrong which can be out of our control. Our commitment to you is to communicate with you closely and clearly should there be any reason to re schedule your delivery date. The seller shall not be responsible for any loss of earnings or time lost by the buyer in the event of a delivery having to be rescheduled at a later date.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure someone is home to accept delivery of goods, and to ensure the goods will fit into the room proposed. Any offers of guarantee or warranty given by the seller shall in no way effect or override the statuary rights of the buyer under the sale of goods act.
